We work with modern, predominantly CNC-controlled mixing and metering systems from the market-leading suppliers. The materials are conveyed by means of pumps or drum presses, depending on the viscosity. The plants are equipped with a work table, a double sliding table or a circulating conveyor belt with workpiece carrier system. The high-temperature curing silicone elastomers are cured in the standing oven or in the continuous oven. Quality control is carried out by means of visual inspection, measuring and testing equipment or with a non-contact camera and computer system. Jig and fixture construction creates the base plates and fixtures for production.
