Innovation Farm

The Innovation Farm was founded to highlight the benefits of new technical solutions for practical agriculture and to facilitate access to new developments for farmers. New technologies, trends and developments are to be made visible, tangible and, above all, applicable for agriculture.

In the Innovation Farm, research, development, education and consulting in the field of digitalization in agriculture are bundled. In cooperation with manufacturers, new technologies are tested at the Austrian Innovation Farm sites in Wieselburg, Raumberg-Gumpenstein and in Mold. The trials and the use of the technologies also find practical application at pilot farms throughout Austria.

The knowledge generated on the various topics is passed on in the form of educational events in cooperation with the rural training institutes and the chambers of agriculture. In this way, innovative solutions for our domestic agriculture will be developed and made available, and opportunities, but also risks, will be highlighted. The project is funded within the framework of the "Digitalization in Agriculture" cluster by the federal government, the states and the European Union.
