My office has been carrying out planning and construction management in the field of technical building equipment for many years. It has always been my concern to work on as wide a spectrum as possible, both in terms of the different possibilities of plant design and the different types of buildings. A large extent has always taken the building in the continuance. Due to the versatile experience I extended in the meantime my offer by a trade-spreading energy consultation (BAFA +VDI) for dwelling buildings and enterprises. This task, including the issuing of energy passports and ENEV proofs will play an increasingly important role in the future. Planned is after entry into force of the ENEV 2006 and conversion of the European Union building guideline the (unfortunately not yet regulated) issue of energy passports for buildings with extensive plant engineering.
