The Association a) aims to shape public opinion on fusion energy in the long term. b) aims to be the point of contact for politicians and the media on all issues relating to fusion energy. c) wants to make a contribution to the further development and structuring of the economic fusion ecosystem.

Pro-Fusion is the industry association of German companies in the field of fusion and a consortium of stakeholders with a shared vision that the commercial use of fusion to generate energy will lead to significant benefits for the environment, society and the economy. In particular, the association will promote public understanding of the need to generate energy through fusion.

Pro-Fusion supports its members in presenting their tasks to the business community, the public, advisory professions, academia and the media. It represents the common interests of its members vis-à-vis legislation, government and public bodies.
