The eza! house in Kempten is an old building renovated with passive house technology and serves as a demonstration, energy consulting and training building for renewable energies and efficient energy use in the construction sector. The construction of the eza! house was supported with funds from the regional High Tech Offensive Future Bavaria.

eza!, the energy and environmental center Allgäu is a non-profit GmbH for the promotion  of renewable energies and efficient energy use and is supported by a broad base of municipalities , business and initiatives in the Allgäu.
