DLR is the national aerospace research center of the Federal Republic of Germany. DLR employs about 8,000 people at several locations in Germany. Spread across these locations, DLR conducts a wide range of research in the field of quantum technology. In Bavaria, this includes in particular the topics of quantum communication and quantum error correction as well as applications (esp. quantum computer-resistant cryptography) and algorithms for quantum computers.
