BambooVentures GmbH was founded in March 2010. Founding partners and active partners are Michael Streich and Dr. Maximilian Levasier. Our focus is on early-stage financing (venture capital) of companies mainly in the CleanTech industry.
BambooVentures is an investment boutique that identifies outstanding, young and innovative companies, structures suitable forms of participation and financing and finances them in a consortium of investors. Characteristic for early-stage investments is a very high return potential paired with a higher risk of loss. Syndication (formation of a consortium) of investments can significantly improve this risk-reward ratio. There are many advantages for all investors. Our goal is to realize promising visions and ideas and to generate exceptional returns for investors.
CleanTech (synonymously environmental technology and GreenTech), encompasses technologies that provide answers to climate change and accelerating resource depletion. Start-ups in the CleanTech sector therefore offer many interesting and forward-looking business models that can be sensibly and profitably combined with early-stage financing.
