AI Production Network
Welcome to the Augsburg AI Production Network
The methods of artificial intelligence offer enormous potential to lead industrial production into a new era. The opportunities and possibilities are numerous and range from making production more flexible, increasing resource and energy efficiency to developing new business models.
Bayern Innovativ coordinates technology transfer activities in the Augsburg AI production network and bundles the needs of companies, especially Bavarian SMEs. At the same time, we initiate collaborations between industry and science and guide partners to suitable funding programs at state, federal and EU level. We offer platforms for the exchange of information on new innovative solutions between providers and users, network with other Bavarian experts and thus accelerate the transfer of technology and knowledge by initiating research and development projects.

As part of the future program for Augsburg, Bayern Innovativ GmbH, on behalf of the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, is responsible for networking in the field of "Artificial Intelligence in Production" with targeted technology transfer measures. The aim is to initiate an increase in the competitiveness of the participating companies and the creation of new, future-proof jobs through innovation.
To this end, we bring together the network's stakeholders and other interested companies. The focus is on transferring the solutions developed by the research partners of the AI production network into operational practice. At the same time, we inform, network and encourage their cooperation in research, development and innovation projects. We are open to all interested companies and network partners in the Augsburg and Swabia region as well as throughout Bavaria.
