Bayerische Forschungsallianz

The Bavarian Research Alliance, headquartered in Munich, was founded in 2006 with the mission of strengthening international networking among universities, universities of applied sciences, and small and medium-sized enterprises and providing needs-based support for participation in EU research programs. The aim is to show Bavarian players the wide range of funding opportunities for their research and innovation projects and to increase the chances of success for Bavarian players in obtaining EU funding by providing appropriate advice and support. 

BayFOR is a partner organization in the Bavarian Research and Innovation Agency and is funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts in its capacity as an EU funding center. 

Services related to IPR

The EU has also laid down regulations for dealing with inventions and property rights in the rules for participation. These general regulations may be further supplemented by specific regulations in the individual calls for proposals and regulations in the cooperation agreements to be concluded.

BayFOR is familiar with the various regulations and can explain the existing European regulations to you in connection with EU project funding.
