For nearly 40 years, the Gilching location has been synonymous with innovative fiber-reinforced composite technology and has evolved from a boatbuilding company into a recognized development and technology provider for the industrial, aerospace, security, and defense sectors. Our services include consulting, preliminary development, design, prototype and mold manufacturing, validation, and small-batch production of fiber-reinforced composite structures.

Our R&D focuses on high-strength lightweight solutions, structures for dynamic load cases, ballistic protection systems, unmanned systems, weight-critical mobility solutions, and dual-use technologies. We possess particular expertise in the design of anisotropic materials for resilient, functionally integrated structures. With Tailored Fiber Placement (TFP), we possess a unique technological advantage and are among the pioneers of this technology. Extensive references from the aerospace, robotics, automotive, and defense sectors attest to our capabilities.

Profile

Independent German development partner for fiber-reinforced structures, composites, and automation technology. We support development projects from requirements analysis through to series production. Our services include design, FEM/CFD simulation, structural optimization, mold making, as well as prototype, pre-series, and series production. We possess particular expertise in the development of high-strength lightweight structures for automotive engineering, aerospace, and security and defense. Our focus is on passive ballistic protection and safety systems, weight-critical structures, unmanned systems, and applications involving high dynamic loads.
