Products / Services

• Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)

Manufacturing of mission-critical electronic assemblies at our German facility, including SMT assembly (printed circuit boards), enclosure manufacturing, system integration, and comprehensive testing procedures.

• Plastic and Lightweight Construction Solutions

Manufacturing of fiber- and metal-reinforced high-performance plastic components using multi-component injection molding (50–4,000 metric tons), including surface finishing (e.g., painting) and the integration of electronics, sensors, and lighting systems.

• Assembly

Development and implementation of manual, hybrid, and fully automated assembly processes for complex systems and assemblies that combine electronic and mechanical (including plastic) components. This includes end-of-line (EOL) testing as well as comprehensive logistics and supply chain coordination.

• Development Services

Engineering services in the areas of product development, prototyping, CAD/CAE, and simulation-based development (CAx), provided on a project-specific basis.
