At the Fraunhofer Development Center for X-ray Technology, researchers develop modern cognitive sensor systems that generate comprehensive data. Using intelligent software-based methods, specific information can be extracted from this data. This information is then linked with additional metadata to integrate the collected sensor data and its analysis into an application-specific context. The knowledge generated and processed in this way enables our customers to make well-informed and rapid data-driven decisions.

Technology / Research

X-ray imaging, optical inspection technology, as well as magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy for non-destructive testing in materials development, component analysis, and component development. Research and development ranging from feasibility studies and the use of Fraunhofer infrastructure to turnkey prototypes delivered to the customer.
