Profile
Contech Software & Engineering has been ensuring robust products and stable processes with the AI system Analyser® and sound engineering since 2019. In the field of UxS, we accelerate development and manufacturing processes with AI-supported quality predictions and solutions in real time. In the security and defense industry, for example, we support the prediction of final quality over many work sequences (Thales Germany) and the design of components in air defense systems.
Technology / Research
- Own engineering AI system Analyser® works with small samples (6-30 components)
- AI analyses individual values, categories/failure patterns and curve progressions and creates valid prediction models as well as parameterization/tolerance.
- Robust design method: Best of Design for Six Sigma plus engineering experience
- (Measurement) data integration from test benches, ERP, PLM, CAE, machines & sensors, OPC-UA with IoT data collector
