We specialize in the assembly of prototypes, one-off items, and very small production runs (up to 250,000 components per production order). Our customers value the high quality, flawless workmanship, and short lead times, which is why our assembly process—using flexible automated placement machines—is virtually unrestricted in terms of PCB size and technology, as well as component size and shape. Soldering is performed on a vapor-phase soldering system with a vacuum module to minimize voids.

ASTRON Electronic GmbH is an ISO-certified EMS service provider founded in 1997 by employees and partners in Southern Carinthia, Austria, and remains privately owned to this day. We specialize in the assembly of prototypes, single units, and even very small production runs (up to 250,000 components per production order). Our customers value our high quality, flawless workmanship, and short lead times, which is why we use flexible placement machines that operate with virtually no restrictions regarding PCB size and technology, as well as component size and shape. Soldering is performed using a vapor-phase soldering system with a vacuum module to reduce voids.
All employees are certified IPC specialists for J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC 7711/7721.
