Slogan
Rethinking thermal processes - consistent engineering, reduced energy consumption, no CO₂
Profile
For over 60 years, Sintertechnik has stood for high-tech materials and process engineering up to 2,000°C. As a partner to industry and aerospace, the company realizes pioneering technologies - including applications on Mars. Today, Sintertechnik is driving forward CO₂-free thermal processes: with electric burners for CO2-free processes and energy savings of up to 80%
Technology / Research
We combine in-depth expertise in engineering, simulation and materials technology - built up over more than 40 years in the development and series production of electroceramic semiconductor components for the most demanding drive technology. This know-how flows directly into our self-developed thermal processing systems, which require the highest temperature precision.
On this basis, we are now in a position to convert fossil-fuelled thermal processes to electric heat - even in the MW range - and thus realize CO₂-free production processes. Hybrid systems are often used as an economically viable intermediate step. In addition to decarbonization, the focus is on significant energy savings potential through optimized process management and intelligent system integration. Supplemented by our expertise in decentralized energy generation, we develop holistic, economically viable solutions for industrial transformation.
