Mangelberger Elektrotechnik GmbH

Profile

Mangelberger sees itself as a research and development partner for the industrial application of humanoid robotics. Together with universities, technology providers, and end users, we investigate how and which humanoid systems can be integrated into real-world processes in a cost-effective, safe, and flexible manner. Our strength lies in the combination of research and practical experience. We provide real-world manufacturing environments, concrete use cases, and many years of experience—for example, in automated control cabinet assembly. Our research focuses on, among other things, the gripping and positioning of components, the assembly of subassemblies, the handling of flexible cables, and communication with existing robotics and automation systems. In doing so, we develop new processes and design components, workstations, and interfaces with a focus on human-centered design. This enables us to create a practical platform where universities can test new technologies and end users can gain significant added value for future applications.
