Profile

isento GmbH is an AI and software company based in Nuremberg that focuses on agent-based AI, system architecture, and humanoid robotics.

Our role in the ecosystem is to bridge the gap between open-source hardware, AI software, and training. With pib (pib.rocks), we have created a fully open-source, 3D-printable humanoid platform: a low barrier to entry for research, education, and small and medium-sized businesses; as of August 2026, it is in use at over 150 schools and universities and has been honored with the German Design Award and the German Innovation Award 2025.

On the software side, we are introducing TRYB (tryb.ai)—a platform for agent-based AI with atomic, reusable skills, simulation, and deployment—as well as a criticality-tiered security architecture that strictly separates deterministic safety functions from AI-controlled capabilities.
