DENSO in Germany - a driver of innovation

The development of solutions for vehicle air conditioning and the various drive technologies are the cornerstones of our innovative strength in Germany.

Our site in Eching is a central development location in Europe, which includes a range of test facilities. These include climatic chambers, sound measurement rooms for components and vehicles, component test benches and a state-of-the-art climatic wind tunnel. Prototypes are manufactured in-house, and preparatory work on vehicles and components can be carried out on site. Our European materials testing laboratory is also located in Eching.

The Aachen Engineering Center (AEC) focuses on the development of conventional and alternative drive systems, in particular diesel injection systems and components for electric and hybrid vehicles. In addition, the Aachen Engineering Center has been working on the development of hardware and software for electronic control units since 2010.

ADAS Engineering Services GmbH supports its customers in the field of state-of-the-art driver assistance systems. It has also specialized in the recognition and evaluation of image material from camera sensors, thereby strengthening the area of safety technology.
