In March 2020, DIPRO®mat GmbH - Materials for Digital Production - was founded as a spin-off of the ROTFELD consulting network. This company focuses on the development and production of thermoplastic materials for additive manufacturing (AF).

As a wide variety of 3D printing processes have already become established on the market, DIPRO®mat will develop and produce thermoplastic materials both in the form of filament precursors and granulates and powder types.

The aim is to transfer the many years of experience of the main shareholder Uwe Stenglin in the application technology and development of thermoplastic injection molding materials. This is to enable the processing of well-known products, such as PA (including high-temperature polyamides) or PP in additive manufacturing.

DIPRO®mat thus closes the gap between the previous 3D standard materials, such as PA12, PLA and ABS, which can be processed well but have moderate thermal properties, and ultra-high-temperature materials, such as PEEK and PEKK, which are traded at very high prices. 

In addition, the introduction of the hard/soft compound into additive manufacturing, especially in 3D printing from filaments and granules, is planned.

The testing of the new developments as well as the preparation of detailed technical data sheets is carried out in the company's own plastics technical center, which - like production - has solid, high-quality equipment.

The networks of ROTFELD Consulting GmbH & Co. KG are characterized by "Technical Imagination and Curiosity". Our goal is the implementation of decades of experience from manufacturing, development of engineering thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers and radiation crosslinkable materials into the AF industry.

We develop thermoplastics, ETPs and TPEs (granules, filament, powder), radiation crosslinkable materials with thermostable and non-migrating additive  for the 3D industry and network partners. Our complete plastic pilot plant is also available for our business partners

For injection molding and extrusion industry, we develop "tailor-made" for "medium" and "small" customers.
