MF Manufacturing, based in Pörnbach (Pfaffenhofen district), designs and manufactures technical plastic parts using FDM 3D printing: replacement parts based on photos and dimensions, mounts, adapters, housings, prototypes, and small-batch production. Upon request, load-bearing parts are designed for lightweight construction using topology optimization and FEM simulation. Shipping throughout Germany.

Technical Specifications: Part dimensions up to 200 × 200 × 200 mm, dimensional accuracy ±0.15–0.20 mm depending on material and shape, layer height 0.10–0.30 mm. Files: STEP, STL, OBJ, DXF, PDF, or photos (JPG, PNG). Materials: ASA for outdoor use (UV- and weather-resistant), PETG for robust functional parts, PLA for samples and prototypes; other materials available upon request. Process: Send photos, dimensions, a sketch, or a 3D file; receive a non-binding quote typically within 1–2 business days, followed by design, printing, fit check, and shipping.
