From the idea to the first component

The Institute for Prototype and Model Technology (IPM) at Coburg University of Applied Sciences is concerned with the end-to-end process chain for the rapid or prototypical production of components. The technology fields range from 3D scanning of components to the production of the associated models and prototypes by means of additive manufacturing, vacuum casting or 5-axis milling. The IPM is happy to support you in the context of development and research projects.
