ALPHA LASER has developed a compact 3D printer for additive manufacturing with metal powder. The system is equipped with a 200 W fiber laser that ensures consistent and optimal printing results. Its build platform size of 50 or 100 mm supports the best material utilization - ideal for high-priced metals.

The big advantage is the closed powder circuit, which offers a big plus for work safety, because the operator does not come into contact with the powder during the entire printing process. This is fed into the system via cartridges and the print parameters are supplied immediately. This reduces the setup time to a minimum. Frequent powder changes are also possible quickly. 

Specially developed for precision mechanics, medical technology, dental and jewelry industries, as well as research and development laboratories, this 3D printer offers optimal detail accuracy, precision and the highest level of safety when handling the laser and the metal powder.
