KOINNO and ABZ meets Bayern Innovativ - Support services for public procurement
6. May 2025
09:00 - 10:30

In this webinar you will have the opportunity to get to know the services of the two organizations Kompetenzzentrum innovative Beschaffung (KOINNO) and Auftragsberatungszentrum Bayern (ABZ) and ask your questions about public procurement.
Companies often face similar challenges when it comes to public tenders:
- Staying informed so as not to miss out on public tenders
- Correctly interpreting the requirements from the specifications
- Fulfilling the public sector's suitability requirements
- Submitting a suitable & comprehensible tender
These aspects only provide a small insight into the challenges of public tenders. However, they illustrate how demanding, time-consuming and resource-intensive participation in public tenders can be. Companies must therefore be well prepared and have the necessary resources and knowledge to be successful.
Bavarian companies can find support from the Competence Center for Innovative Procurement (KOINNO) and the Bavarian Procurement Advisory Center (ABZ), among others.
In order to stand out from the strong competition and prevent misunderstandings, this webinar will give you the opportunity to get to know the services offered by both organizations and ask your questions about public procurement.
The Competence Center for Innovative Procurement (KOINNO) is run by the German Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME) on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) and supported by VDI Technologiezentrum GmbH.
The aim of the competence center is to permanently strengthen the innovation orientation of public procurement in Germany and to increase the share of innovation procurement in the total volume of public procurement in Germany.
The Auftragsberatungszentrum Bayern e.V. (ABZ) is supported by all Bavarian Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Crafts.
The aim of the ABZ is to provide companies and public clients with information and advice on all aspects of German and European public procurement in the supply and services sector.
