Artificial intelligence is becoming a key design factor here - it shapes not only individual functions, but also the vehicle’s architecture, overall behavior, decision-making logic, and user experience.
The vehicle of the future is no longer a static product, but a learning, data-driven system. It understands its environment, anticipates situations, and continuously adapts to users and usage contexts. This fundamentally shifts our understanding - toward intelligent, connected platforms.

How can I register?

On each event page, you’ll find a registration button directly below the event title. Clicking the registration button will redirect you to our online store. There, you’ll find an overview of the different price categories and will be guided step by step through the registration process.

How much does it cost to attend, and what do the different price categories mean?

Business/Research Organizations

Your company or you, as a freelancer, are active in the private sector or in non-university research.

University/Government Agency

You are employed by a university, college, or educational academy, or you work for a government agency.

Start-up

Your company is young, innovative, and no more than five years old. It is in the startup or early growth phase and follows a scalable business model.

Students

You are enrolled at a university or college. Please attach a copy of your student ID to your order in the shop.

How long do I have to register, and can I still register on-site?

The registration deadline for all events is generally one week before the event. In some cases, registration may still be possible after the deadline. Please contact the event organizers. You can find their contact information on the respective event page.

How can I register or apply to participate in the exhibition?

On the event page, under the “Exhibition” tab, you’ll find all the information you need about participating in the exhibition at our events, as well as the option to register as an exhibitor.

What does the application process entail for exhibitors?

No later than the application deadline, a committee composed of academic staff from Bayern Innovativ GmbH will decide on admission to the exhibition. Once the exhibitors have been selected, you will receive further information at the email address provided in the application form.

Do I need to register my employees who will be manning the booth separately?

The exhibition fee includes two exhibitor passes, which cover participation in the event and catering. Any additional participants must be registered via the registration form in our online shop, in addition to the regular participation fees.

What is included in the booth fee?

On each event website, under the “Exhibition” tab, you’ll find an overview of exactly which services are included in the exhibition fee. To view this, scroll down to the section titled “Included in this price.”

I'd like to cover the event. How can I register?

Please register through our online store. Please note that registration is only possible with a valid press pass.

Once our press department has approved your accreditation, you will receive a confirmation via email.

My information, the company name, or the participant has changed since I registered. Is it possible to update my registration information?

It is possible to update your registration information for the event. To do so, please send an email with your requested changes to the event organizers. You can find their contact information at the very bottom of the respective event page.

Please note that if changes are made shortly before the event, they may not be processed in time to be correctly printed on the participant list and name badge. If necessary, we will reprint your name badge on-site at the event check-in.

How does payment work?

When you register, you will be asked to select a payment method. You can choose from the following options: credit card, PayPal, or purchase on account. Payment on site is not possible, either in cash or by (credit) card.

My company requires an order number.

Please confirm whether you need an order number before submitting your registration and include it with your order. While it is possible to make changes to your registration after submission, this will delay the invoicing process, which may result in longer wait times.

The invoice should be issued to a different billing address.

You are welcome to specify a different billing address in the corresponding field when placing your order. It is also possible to have the invoice sent to a different address.

When will I receive my invoice?

You will receive the invoice for your participation in the event approximately 10 days before the event.

If you pay via PayPal or credit card, we will email you the invoice immediately after your registration is confirmed.

Yes—you can still attend the event even if the invoice has not yet been paid. Payment is due 10 days after the invoice date, regardless of the event date.

Where can I find information on how to get there?

You can find all the information about getting there on the event page under the “Location & Directions” tab.

How do I gain access to the participant area?

One week after the event, you will receive an email with a link to the event’s download area. The email will also include the PIN you need to log in. You will only be able to view the available downloads after entering and confirming the PIN.

Please note that the PIN is provided exclusively to event participants. Sharing it with third parties is not permitted!

Will the presentations be made available online after the event?

Provided the speakers have made their presentations available for download, you will find them in the download area one week after the event. As soon as the presentations are available, you will receive a notification via email.

Are there printed conference materials?

For sustainability reasons, we provide our conference materials exclusively in digital format. You’ll find QR codes at the event that will direct you to the program.

What should I do if I can't attend after all?

Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the event. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, you will be charged 50% of the invoice amount up until the day of the event. If you cancel or fail to show up on the day of the event, the full participation fee will be due.

Can someone else attend the event in my place?

A substitute for the registered participant is possible by arrangement. Please email the name and company affiliation of the substitute to the event organizers. You can find the contact information on the respective event page under the “Contact” tab.

A substitute may also participate on-site. Please note that with such a last-minute change, the participant list cannot be updated. We will be happy to provide you with a new name badge with your name on it.

Our events are primarily aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. We aim to strengthen their innovative capacity through knowledge-sharing and networking. Scientific institutions, colleges, and universities in Bavaria are also involved.

Are Bayern Innovativ events only of interest to companies with locations in Bavaria?

Bayern Innovativ events are of interest to all participants. We recruit speakers, moderators, and exhibitors at the national and international levels, and we maintain numerous contacts with international partner institutions. Please note, however, that our events and presentations are primarily held in German.
