How can digital solutions actually make day-to-day work easier for medical practices? Which processes are suitable for digitalization and what stumbling blocks need to be avoided during implementation? Our free series of events "Fit for digitalization in medical practices" uses specific practical examples to show how digitalization can be meaningfully integrated into existing processes.

The pressure on medical practices is growing: rising patient numbers, a shortage of specialists and a high administrative burden make efficient processes more important than ever.

In this session, we will use specific practice processes to shed light on how digitalization can be put to good use. Examples from everyday healthcare - from action-based processes such as appointment and patient management for vasectomies to modern telephony solutions or digital reception and online reception concepts - will show where digitalization can create noticeable relief. The focus is not on individual products, but on the fundamental requirements for successful digitalization. The technical possibilities that exist today, the typical mistakes that can be made when introducing digital solutions and the role that integration and interface issues play in ensuring smooth practice operations will be highlighted.

The event thus offers practical orientation for all those who want to make their practice processes more efficient and use digitalization strategically and sustainably.

The focus of the program:

  • Practical application examples for digital practice processes
  • Technical feasibility and requirements for implementation
  • Typical mistakes and success factors in digitalization projects
