The condensed online info session is aimed at managers and technical decision-makers from production (mechatronics & automation, automotive and bioeconomy) who want to develop their production strategically and future-proof. It offers a condensed overview for all those who were unable to attend the physical workshop.

Participants receive an overview of the current challenges and opportunities of industrial transformation and are presented with a structured approach to transformation planning. Using the ADMA methodology and an exemplary transformation plan, we will show you possible steps for your own company as well as our range of support and possible funding.

The info session is part of the RECENTRE project, which is funded by the European Union as part of the Interreg Alpine Space program and offers a limited number of companies support options for transformation in production.
