In our workshop, you will learn how to use the various types of license agreements in a legally compliant manner in order to legally use or market intellectual property!
You will gain detailed insights into the patent license agreement, license fees (upfront payment, sales-based license fee, minimum license fee), transfer of rights of use and sublicenses. You can also expect everything you need to know about the applicable law and place of jurisdiction as well as the agreement for joint inventions. Our expert Dr. Michael Groß will provide you with valuable tips and impart the necessary practical knowledge.
After each topic block, you will have the opportunity to put what you have heard into practice with the support of Dr. Michael Groß. To do this, you will get together in small groups and draw up sample clauses on various topics.
There will be plenty of time for lively discussions and questions.
