The world's leading trade fair IFAT is the central meeting place for environmental technologies. The Enterprise Europe Network at Bayern Innovativ is offering a range of targeted networking activities as part of IFAT 2026. Companies and organizations can present their expertise, make new contacts and initiate international cooperation.
From the networking evening Meet & Pitch - International Water Innovations & Solutions Networking to thematic sessions at the joint trade fair stand and the reception of delegations, our formats specifically promote exchange and international networking.
IFAT is the world's leading trade fair for environmental technologies and will take place in Munich from May 4 to 7, 2026. Over 3000 exhibitors from more than 60 countries will present innovative solutions and the latest technologies in the fields of water management, recycling and the circular economy.
The Enterprise Europe Network at Bayern Innovativ is offering a range of targeted international networking activities as part of IFAT 2026.
In addition to a networking evening Meet & Pitch, thematic sessions will be held at the joint stand of Bayern Innovativ (Hall A4, Stand A4.151), delegations will be welcomed and individual B2B meetings will be organized.
We cordially invite you to the professionally focused Meet & Pitch - International Water Innovations & Solutions Networking in the center of Munich. Get to know solutions, projects, cooperation concerns in the field of water and wastewater through 2-minute pitches.

Format:
Evening event focusing on water and wastewater
2-minute pitches from international technology-oriented companies, clusters, and research institutions
Objective:
International exchange and networking between companies, organisations and research institutions in the water and waste water sector. Exchange: Direct dialogue on in-novative solutions, projects and cooperation opportunities. Networking: Opportunity for personal networking with international experts and decision-makers from the water and wastewater sector.

- Application deadline for the pitching: April 10, 2026
- Admission to the pitch required (selection by the organizer)
- Profile form (one-pager) for the presentation to be submitted by April 27, 2026

- Participation is free of charge
- Snacks and drinks
- The event language is English

Please arrive at the EEN booth at the Bayern Innovativ GmbH exhibition stand in Hall A4 | 151 well in advance of the start of the Thematic Session.
There, you will receive access to an audio guide system. Please bring your smartphone and your own compatible headphones so that you can clearly hear the respective speaker.
