We are always on the road to meet the people involved in transformation projects. We are also happy to offer on-site appointments at companies that are undergoing or about to undergo transformation and would like to report on their challenges, experiences and best practices. In 2020, we were commissioned by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs to act as a transformation pilot in order to put our Bayern Innovativ core competencies at the service of the transformation of Bavarian SMEs as a driving force, networker and innovation helper. Initially, the focus was on the Bavarian automotive industry. We now also support other industries in Bavaria in driving their transformation forward.
