The topic of innovation is one of the essential foundations of our success. Conducting an external assessment of our innovation management was therefore extremely interesting for us. The focus for us was not on benchmarking with other companies. Rather, we saw the opportunity to assess our current situation again in a structured manner and to obtain an objective and neutral view from the outside.
The cooperation in the assessment with the experts from Bayern Innovativ was very pleasant, constructive and goal-oriented. We were particularly impressed by the professional approach, the assessment of results as well as their structured preparation.
The evaluation confirmed already known potentials for improvement for us, but also provided valuable additional impulses. Therefore, we are convinced that the measures derived from this will have a sustainable positive impact on the further development of our company.
