The cluster joint stand at the International Trade Fair for Production and Assembly Automation (Motek) has become firmly established over the past decade. Thus, the three cluster partners Schärer+Kunz, RIBE Anlagentechnik and new member Leverage Robotics presented themselves from October 10 to 13 in Stuttgart. In addition to the acquisition of new customers, the establishment of new contacts to other companies in the industry was the focus for all partners of the joint stand.
In terms of content, the Motek represents the complete process chain for the economic production and assembly automation - from components and assemblies as well as subsystems to complete systems and thus offers extensive opportunities for synergies. With its technical focus on the areas of production and assembly automation, feeding technology and material flow, rationalization through handling technology and industrial handling, Motek also fits ideally with the profile of our cluster. Leverage Robotics GmbH
Leverage Robotics from Munich presented itself with the offer of turnkey assembly systems, services around handling modules, grippers and clamping systems as well as the corresponding software for assembly. The young start-up presented its first product, the so-called "ToolCube Box", which functions as a flexible tool box for robots. In addition, the "FactoryCube", the latest innovation from Leverage Robotics, was also in the spotlight. This novel robotic cell specializes in sorting a wide variety of components and efficiently loading machines.
RIBE Anlagentechnik GmbH
Intelligent production environments require a high degree of automation within the process chains. This is where RIBE Anlagentechnik comes in and presented itself to the trade fair audience as a contact for innovation-driven solutions. The service portfolio includes automation technology in machine & vehicle construction, assembly and testing systems in vehicle construction, feeding, assembly, joining and robot technology as well as special systems. At Motek, RIBE is focusing primarily on customer-specific construction kits and manufacturing standards, which are intended to enable rapid implementation of special systems in series plants.
Schärer + Kunz GmbH
Schärer + Kunz with a company history of more than 60 years is one of the top addresses in the field of industrial marking solutions for the electrical and electronics industry, especially automation and cable manufacturers in German-speaking countries. The visitors at the joint booth were presented, among other things, high-performance labels for electronic manufacturing complete solutions in the field of UHF RFID solutions for the industry.
Look ahead to November: productronica and SPS at the same time
Schärer and Kunz has been taking advantage of our cluster joint booth for many years and will again be part of the team at productronica from November 14-17 in Munich. Also on with us in Hall A1 Booth 416 are cluster partners Evosys Lasersolutions from Erlangen, meteor AG from Freienbach (CH) and our colleagues from the Bavarian Chips Alliance. At this year's SPS in Nuremberg, which is unfortunately taking place at the same time, you will again find our Bayern Innovativ joint booth in Hall 6 Booth 240. Our cluster partners FLECS Technologies, Kempten University of Applied Sciences, ITQ, Maccon, MACHmotors and the colleagues of the ZD.B topic platform Digital Production & Engineering will be there as well.
