Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitätsklinikum München is once again among the best 25 hospitals in the world in 2025. More than 2,400 clinics and hospitals from a total of 30 countries were assessed in the "World's Best Hospitals 2025" ranking. The data collection is based on three sources: Hospital recommendations from an online survey of numerous healthcare professionals, feedback from patients and medical indicators from quality reports. LMU Klinikum was ranked 23rd and is thus rewarded not only for the outstanding performance of its medical staff, but also for its use of the latest technologies and innovations, which takes the quality of the hospital to an even higher level.

As a partner in the Bayern Innovativ Gesundheit network, the LMU Klinikum is actively involved in our projects and supports Bavaria as a location for innovation, even bringing it to the forefront with the latest results.
