Innovations

• SWIR sensors with a wide spectrum (400-1700 nm), high efficiency (up to 60 %) and significantly lower costs than InGaAs-based systems.
• Direct converting X-ray sensors based on QD, which replace conventional scintillators, enable better image quality and reduce radiation doses.
• Monolithic integration of the sensors through direct QD coating on CMOS wafers.
