Trip to Canada: AI Automates Production

The Enterprise Europe Network announces:

June 10, 2026

Canada is a global leader in artificial intelligence (AI) and the automation of production processes. Whether it’s industrial AI, robotics, smart factories, or the Industrial IoT, digital manufacturing is firmly established across nearly all key sectors—from the automotive industry to mechanical engineering and food processing.

From November 9 to 14, 2026, the business development trip to Toronto, Waterloo, and Montreal will offer German companies the ideal platform to tap into this dynamic market.

Program Highlights at a Glance
  • Individual B2B meetings: The AHK Canada will proactively identify potential business partners and customers in advance, tailored precisely to the participants’ specifications.
  • Major presentation event: German companies will pitch their solutions directly to selected Canadian market players and decision-makers.
  • Target Market Webinar: A concise pre-trip briefing provides optimal preparation for the unique characteristics of the Canadian market.
Attractive funding terms

The project is part of the market development program for SMEs. Since the ministry covers 90% of the costs, the company’s share ranges from just €250 to €1,500 net (plus individual travel and accommodation costs), depending on the company’s size.
