Training: First steps in digital and circular transformation for SMEs

What can a future-proof business model look like for your own company in the context of digital and circular transformation? And where does this transformation begin in a company? You will get answers to these questions in the free training course offered by the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Augsburg on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
You will gain a concrete understanding of business models in the digital world and their circular potential and learn tools for describing your current business model and developing a new one. The training takes place in cooperation with the District Office of Nuremberg in Lauf an der Pegnitz.
Contents of the training:
- Basis: What is a business model?
- Understanding the influence of digitalization on my business model and the connection to the circular economy
- Application-related circular strategies
- Practical examples based on real company stories
The event is aimed at managers or employees who are interested in digitalization and have a focus on sustainable business. No prior knowledge is required.
