In this episode, we talk to Sebastian Wächter - managing director of the company Barrierefrei im Kopf. Sebastian Wächter has been a paraplegic since the age of 18. Since then, his life has been dominated by the need to motivate himself again and again. He has achieved this by setting goals for himself, both privately as an athlete and professionally as a successful entrepreneur. He is primarily concerned with accompanying change processes in the company.
