2026 Annual Meeting of the Mobility Innovation Network

At this year’s network meeting of cluster partners, advisory board members, and other partners in the network, State Secretary Tobias Gotthardt took the opportunity to exchange ideas with the network’s key players and emphasized the cluster’s important role as a catalyst, facilitator, and enabler of technology and knowledge transfer

Our strong innovation community now includes more than 70 companies in total. Our shared mission: to strengthen the international competitiveness of Bavarian vehicle manufacturers and suppliers and to jointly shape the mobility of the future. The annual network meeting is a fixed event on the network’s calendar: for new partners, it’s a wonderful opportunity to get to know other network partners and exchange ideas in a relaxed and friendly setting. Likewise, many long-standing partners value the meeting as a chance to nurture their network contacts and get to know the growing community better.

A Shared Focus on the Successes of the Automotive Cluster

An open and dynamic atmosphere emerged, fostering conversation, new connections, and the deepening of existing relationships. The discussion centered on the following topics:

  • Mobility is changing rapidly—the network provides guidance and helps companies capitalize on future trends.
  • New demands on products, business models, and skills are increasing the pressure to act. The network helps tackle complex challenges together more quickly and effectively.
  • Strong networking turns ideas into concrete action. The network connects business, academia, local governments, and society to develop market-relevant solutions for the mobility of tomorrow.

As every year, there was a special highlight for the participants of the network meeting: This time, the partners were able to experience electric mobility firsthand and demonstrate their competitive spirit and team spirit with e-karts.

It was an all-around successful day full of valuable insights that will surely remain in the memories of all those involved for a long time to come.
