NIK Nürnberger Initiative für Kommunikationswirtschaft

The network offers a cross-industry forum for companies that want to actively drive and shape digital change. Over 70 companies - from start-ups to global players - as well as universities, local authorities and institutions are currently involved.

They are all united by the goal of actively shaping the digital transformation and its far-reaching effects on the economy and society. The members contribute topics independently, develop them further and help shape them. The content ranges from artificial intelligence and IT security to changes in the world of work and the human factor.

NIK e. V. also acts as a project sponsor and is active in the areas of XR & Metaverse and creative industries with the XR HUB Nuremberg - funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Digital Affairs - and the start-up and creative industries center OM7 - funded by the City of Nuremberg.
