VX Instruments GmbH (VXI) develops and manufactures high-precision test systems and electronic measuring instruments for the power semiconductor industry. The company focuses on static and dynamic test solutions for semiconductors, particularly SiC and GaN power semiconductors. VXI covers the entire value chain—from wafer-level characterization (known-good-die testing) to final module validation, with voltages up to 10,000 V and currents up to 2,400 A in the static range and 3,000 V / 20,000 A in the dynamic range. Over 1,000 systems are in continuous operation worldwide. More than three decades of expertise in measurement technology and semiconductor test systems provide a deep understanding of customer requirements and the markets of tomorrow—the foundation for the continuous advancement of the systems in terms of precision and speed. With the founding of VX Instruments Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore in 2026, VXI is also expanding its international sales and service presence in Asia.
