Our test software enables "early test verification" in order to detect errors at an early stage and carry out test case-based comparisons. Particular attention is paid to critical individual tests, whose specified test content is validated and verified so that it can then be checked within the existing test infrastructure both on the test systems and in simulations.

We provide support in the planning, development and creation of rule-based test content for the electrical functional testing (analog, digital, mixed-signal) of IC components and their variants and families. This includes not only individual ICs, but also their integration into board and system tests.
