Profile

The department specializes in teaching and researching various techniques, concepts, and methods related to developing analog and mixed-mode circuit design. Integrated circuits (ICs) are designed at the transistor level as well as entire electronic circuit systems. Our research focuses on designing CMOS integrated circuits for sensor systems, with a particular emphasis on sensor integration, sensor system communication, and methods of (artificial) intelligence.

Products

  • Teaching and research services related to techniques, concepts, and methods of development of analog and mixed-mode circuits
  • Concept and prototype design of integrated circuits (ICs) from transistor level up to complete electronic circuit systems

Technology

Our research focuses on the design of CMOS integrated circuits for sensor systems with concrete research projects on the integration of sensors, sensor system communication and methods of (artificial) intelligence for the application-oriented evaluation of raw data of complex sensor systems.
