- The ZScan 3D multisensor system ensures fast, high-resolution and gapless scanning of large components. Its modular concept allows direct integration into a wide variety of manufacturing processes.
- Neuralyze detects complex features and defects with high precision. A self-learning neural network method is implemented for assessment. Neuralyze is particularly well suited for detecting cracks, scratches, voids, fibres, striations, hairs, oxidation, delamination or inclusions.
- VisionCommander is a PC-based image processing software, developed for automatic inline inspection with highest demands on reliability, performance and intuitive operation.
- Frictional losses in the coordination between system integrator and machine builder are no longer an issue thanks to VisionUnit. The ready-to-install, modular system for machine vision solutions can be easily integrated into machines and is a plug-and-play solution.
