Software for the simulation of electronic and optoelectronic semiconductor nanodevices

Nextnano GmbH is a spin-off of the Chair of Theoretical Semiconductor Physics at the Walter Schottky Institute of the Technical University of Munich and develops simulation software for electronic and optoelectronic nano-semiconductor devices to calculate their quantum mechanical properties.

Nextnano software was developed for simulating the quantum mechanical properties of semiconductor nanodevices.
