SOOMIQ has developed the PowerQube micro energy power plant, the smallest and most effective ORC system for waste heat utilization in the lower temperature range. The PowerQube energy cube efficiently converts unused waste heat in the production process of SMEs and industry into clean electricity that can be immediately reused in the company - with a unique efficiency of up to 20%, which is up to 100% higher than comparable ORC systems. PowerQube is designed for waste heat utilization in the temperature range of 80 - 140 °C, with optimum electricity yield at 100 °C. The investment in a PowerQube 20 kWel system pays for itself after around two years.
