Thomas Eder graduated from the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences with a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering. During his studies, he focused on additive manufacturing, in particular its economic exploitation, in the context of various activities in business and science.

After graduating, Thomas was entrusted with customer support and consulting at a service provider in the field of additive manufacturing. He supported his customers as a project manager and consultant in the integration of additive manufacturing processes into their economic activities.

Thomas has been employed at Bayern Innovativ GmbH since June 2023. As project manager technology, he is primarily active for the coordination office Additive Manufacturing. Furthermore, he supports the Mechatronics & Automation Cluster as well as the Technology & Innovation Management.
