"Jutta Dillschneider advises on all aspects of medical law. She advises manufacturing companies in the field of medical devices/pharmaceuticals on regulatory issues, licensing, contract drafting and refinancing. She specialises in providing regulatory advice to European and non-European pharmaceutical companies on market entry in Germany.  Her clients also include public and private healthcare providers. She regularly advises and represents hospitals in hospital planning and financing law as well as in all other relevant areas of law. Her legal work also includes all interfaces to labour, corporate and data protection law as well as treatment liability law.
Jutta Dillschneider initially trained as a carer and worked in this profession for several years. She holds two specialist lawyer titles (medical law and labour law) and has teaching assignments at the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences and holds further training courses for lawyers in medical law. She regularly gives lectures on all current legal issues in the healthcare sector."
