Florian Ganz studied mechanical engineering from 1990 to 1996, specializing in design and development at the Technical University of Munich.

Since 1996, he has been involved in the development of products and manufacturing processes in various functions at enders GmbH. Currently, as managing partner, he is responsible for the implementation of innovative AM manufacturing technologies, among other things. In addition, a major concern for Mr. Ganz is the cooperation with companies from the AM startup scene.

Since 2019, he has been a member of the board of the Mechatronics and Automation Cluster. His main focus is the representation of SMEs and the promotion of AM activities in the network.
