OutThink has developed the World’s first Cybersecurity Human Risk Management (CHRM) platform. It identifies the level of cybersecurity risk a user poses to the organisation, allowing it to individually tailor Security Awareness Training (SAT) to maximise impact, increase cyber literacy and build digital skills for the 21st century. We achieve this by using ML and NLP approaches to gain deep insight about individuals’ attitudes/behaviours toward cybersecurity, and by monitoring behaviours during SAT via software telemetry.

OutThink is the only SAT solution that uses implicit measurement of end users’ attitudes – yielding the most insight by revealing cognitive dissonance, indecision between multiple-choice answers, positive or negative sentiment. It implements an academically validated psychographic model to map the risk perceptions and emotions that drive security behaviours. This outperforms competing approaches, which rely on users honestly answering knowledge test questionnaires.
