Alles aus einer Hand – vom Engineering bis hin zum verpackten Produkt: KH Medical bietet die gesamte Fertigungstiefe der Kunststoffverarbeitung und Oberflächentechnik im eigenen Haus an Standorten in Deutschland, Tschechien, China und Mexiko.  Die kunststoffgerechte Produktentwicklung oder -optimierung bildet den Startpunkt. Im nächsten Schritt realisiert der Werkzeugbau Formen ab dem Mikrospritzgussbereich ebenso wie für Mehrkomponenten- und Folientechnologien sowie Spezialverfahren (z.B. Glasumspritzen). Es folgt die Spritzgussfertigung aller Kunststoffbauteile (auch transparente, IML, IMD). Für die Montage von komplexen Produkten (einschließlich Fügeprozessen wie Kleben, Ultraschall u.a.) stehen Reinräume der Klasse 7 mit manuellen und automatischen Fertigungslinien zur Verfügung.

Everything from a single source - from engineering to the packaged product: KH Medical offers the entire vertical range of plastics processing and surface technology in-house at locations in Germany, the Czech Republic, China and Mexico.  The starting point is product development or optimisation to suit the plastic. In the next step, the toolmaking department produces moulds for micro injection moulding, multi-component and film technologies as well as special processes (e.g. glass encapsulation). This is followed by the injection moulding production of all plastic components (including transparent, IML, IMD). Class 7 clean rooms with manual and automatic production lines are available for the assembly of complex products (including joining processes such as gluing, ultrasound, etc.).
