Delta Printing System - high-precision rapid prototyping printing system for R&D in various microelectronics applications. Ultra-Precise Dispensing System - dispensing unit for industrial integration revolutionizing Yield Management and Heterogeneous Integration. High-Performance Materials Picks - off-shelf more conductive silver inks of non-clogging behavior that are compatible with existing additive technology methods (Ultra-Precise Deposition, microdispensing, inkjet, aerosol printing, LIFT). High-Performance Materials Labs - by combining expertise in material engineering and additive technologies, we transform unique concepts into reality by crafting tailored electronics materials.

XTPL provides a comprehensive solution for printing both electrically conductive and nonconductive structures on a micron scale, which includes their own proprietary technology, specialized printing heads, and unique nanoinks. The company collaborates with Gill Jennings & Every LLP, a British law firm, and K&L Gates, a Silicon Valley-based law firm, to submit patent applications for their innovative technology.
